Description:
------------
discrepancy between en and de version of the page

Reproduce code:
---------------
---
From manual page: configuration.file
---
http://php.net/manual/de/configuration.file.php
http://php.net/manual/en/configuration.file.php

Expected result:
----------------
Third bullet point in EN manual states:

As of PHP 5.2.0, the location of the php.ini file can be set for different versions of PHP.

Therefore DE manual should say:

Seit PHP 5.2.0 kann die Position der php.ini-Datei für verschiedene Versionen von PHP gesetzt werden.

Actual result:
--------------
DE manual actually states a wrong PHP version (5.3.0 instead of 5.2.0):

Seit PHP 5.3.0 kann die Position der php.ini-Datei für verschiedene Versionen von PHP gesetzt werden.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the

to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
