The PHP library for supporting vmailmgr is obsolete. A native PHP (not C) version is available in all the recent versions of vmailmgr, available from http://www.vmailmgr.org

The vmailmgr library integrated into PHP should be removed, and the documentation changed to point to the web page for vmailmgr. If desired, I can put the current non-development version of the library into a directory on the web site for easier access.

This seems to be done already.
Do we still need to have those manual pages
for this?? And having vmailmgr option in the bug type
select box should be removed too?

The manual pages and vmailmgr option in the bug type select box should be removed along with the C source code, as it is all obsolete.
