Well well, either there were some strange and very long-term caching 
issues earlier today or I was having some very odd hallucinations. 
Various functions regarding multiqueries such as next_result and 
use_result appeared to be absent, although they're quite clearly there 
now I check again.

I would point out that one can't find either function through searches 
for mysqli_use_result/mysqli_next_result but that's a separate issue.
