Description:
------------
I downloaded the latest Windows PHP 5.2.10 zip package. I couldn't connect to MS SQL 2008 server on my Vista x86. But it worked on latest ZendServer. I spend an hour trying to get to the bottom of the issue and comparing settings between the two.

Although with a newer file date, the included ntwdblib.dll in PHP 5.2.10 zip package is older. When I copied ntwdblib.dll 2000.80.194.0 from ZendServer to PHP 5.2.10, the PHP script would connect to MS SQL :)

Resolution: update ntwdblib.dll in PHP packages on the http://www.php.net/downloads.php page.

If there are some licensing reasons, it would be better to include ntwdblib.dll.txt with the link to the newest version, rather than include this dinosaur. Or even better, an error message about a missing ntwdblib.dll with a link where to download it.

Please try the next 5.2 snapshots. I have updated the DLL, let me know if it fixes the problem.
