http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.macosx.bundled.php says that Apache's httpd.conf is located at /etc/httpd/httpd.conf. This is correct on Mac OS X 10.4, but this has changed since 10.5, the path is now /private/etc/apache2/httpd.conf.

Note: you can also say /etc since it's an alias for /private/etc.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
