Expected result:

The example code (line 6) shows an image 100x70 created.
But the next line (line7) shows a rectangle created 100x100 within that image. I think that it should create a 100x70 rectangle with ($stamp, 0,0, 99, 69, 0x0000FF)

The example resulting gif has a rectangle that corresponds to this size.
