I follow all the steps in the document. Such as put and modify the .ini file in winnt directory, and all .dll to winnt/system32, modify the conf/httpd.conf in the Apache.
But I can't make it work. When I use and .php file, it get a error message from the browser. "Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request."
And when I check the error.log in apache, it says that the .php file is not executable, and couldn't spawn child process.

This sounds like a configuration error. I encountered a similar problem - try going over the docs step by step. Please let me know how it goes.
