Just have a look at this for example:

http://uk2.php.net/results.php?q=vpn&start=10&p=manual&l=en

First result page:

"Showing results 1 to 3 of 17"

But there are only 2 result pages.

Navigating to page 2 shows:

"Showing results 11 to 13 of 17"

And again two result pages only and the same results on each page.

Checked on another mirror and it seems to be the same http://ch.php.net/results.php?q=vpn&p=manual&l=en

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
