Do you header files match the kernel you are running?
ie. do the symlinks in /usr/include point to the right
places in /usr/src/linux and is your /usr/src/linux tree
the one you built your current running kernel from?
The only way I could reproduce this was to create a mismatch
here.

Definitely not a PHP problem - closing

Fix your header files.
