This is really 4.0 latest from front of the webpage as of June 1, 2000.  I attempted to get this working on OpenBSD 2.6 with Apache 1.3.9 and Postgresql 7.0

After running configure with ./configure --with-apxs --with-pgsql

and then "make" and "make install" and adding the line to my httpd.conf "AddType application/x-httpd-php .php"

Apache crashes and will NOT restart.

Steps taken:

1) "Apachectl restart"
with the "Load line" (LoadModule php4_module        /usr/lib/apache/modules/libphp4.so)

2) putting in "AddType application/x-httpd-php .php"
3) apachectl restart (will not restart)
4) apachectl start (won't start)
5) comment out Addtype line, apachectl restart (won't restart)
6) comment out LoadModule line, apache starts.

Ideas ?
