Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of PHP, which you can download at 
http://www.php.net/downloads.php

I had actually deleted it from the notes just before seeing this bug report, but thank you for taking the time to report it yourself, as well, David.

The mirrors will update soon and the note will no longer appear on the website then.
