Description:
------------
The last sentence of the PDO documentation (link: http://us.php.net/manual/en/pdo.transactions.php) reads:

"In truth, this isn't 100% correct, but it is a good-enough introduction, if you've never heard of transactions before."

This should be changed to something more helpful/useful/more consistent with technical documentation.

Reproduce code:
---------------
NA

Expected result:
----------------
Understanding, reason, learning.

Actual result:
--------------
Confusion, humor, misunderstanding.
