i'm intending to translate the function list manual into Arabic in a seperated site which will be especially for this translation 
so i'm asking your permission  first

if you want to help the arabic php community, then you might consider using the 
Online Documentation Editor (https://edit.php.net/) for translating the function 
list pages into arabic language.
