Umlauts lost in the lower part of 
http://de.php.net/manual/de/filesystem.configuration.php
In addidtion: the CAPTHCA on this page is cut smaller than it should be 
which makes it hard to read.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
