This is an enhancement that I would like to see in the product.  When logging errors and warnings it is important to know the date and time of the error, the remote ip address that the error or warning occurred on and the error message itself.  This enables the developers to answere the questions who, what, where, when, why

This can be done with user defiened error handler.
