The page at:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/kadm5.installation.php

Says that the KADM5 functions is apart of the PHP Core, in which they clearly aren't. Also this extension is missing installation documentation aswell

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
