Description:
------------
http://php.net/features.commandline still says that the CGI binary is called "sapi/cgi/php" (or "php" once it got installed). As we all now, the binary has been called php-cgi since php-5.2.3 (or something).

Expected result:
----------------
A note about the CGI binary being named different in versions >=5.2.3

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
