Is there any other way to refresh my page with updated data.

Reproduce code:
---------------
$url = "http://rss/magpierss/11.xml";
header( 'refresh: 5; $url');

Expected result:
----------------
It should refresh the link i have specified with the updated data.

Actual result:
--------------
