Description:
------------
The pgsql.c extension fails to compile on a 64-bit system, when ``-Wall -Werror'' are enabled.

Some of the raised warnings point to likely programming mistakes, such as when a pointer is casted to int, which loses bits wherever void* is wider than int.

The patch at

http://virtual-estates.com/~mi/port-stuff/patch-pgsql-64bit

fixes this. It requires the earlier submitted patch for zend_list functions, or else the pointer's bits will be truncated by the call to zend_list_find anyway.
