(1) htmlentities() ChangeLog says:

   5.2.3  The double_quote parameter was added.

But should say:

   5.2.3  The double_encode parameter was added.

And by the way, (2) htmlspecialchars() could have a similar ChangeLog section, because it too seems to have accreted a new double_encode parameter circa 5.2.3.
