On the setcookie reference page:
http://php.net/manual/en/function.setcookie.php

under the See Also heading, "RFC2695" is a typo.
The link text should read "RFC2965" (swap the 9 and 6).

Note, however, that the link does correctly lead to the RFC2965.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
