When calling a .php on Win2kProfessional, sometime it works, sometimes it returns to me:

Warning: Failed opening 'C:\igamers\edit_jogo.php3' for inclusion (include_path='') in Unknown on line 0

It happens for any scripts. I had already tried to change my include_path.
Most of time the scripts doesnt works.
The only module installed is Mysql as a net service. And when php works it works with mysql.
