Description:
------------
php issues a warning which conflicts with proc_open documentation.
(That was in version 4.4.4: In case it's already fixed please
add a version number to the bug doc - Thanx)

Reproduce code:
---------------
php -r '$r = proc_open("pwd", array(0=>array("file", "/dev/null", "r"),1=>array("file", "/dev/null","w"),2=>array("file", "/dev/null","w")), $pipes, NULL, NULL); if (is_resource($r)) proc_close($r);'

Expected result:
----------------
none

Actual result:
--------------
PHP Warning: proc_open() expects exactly 3 parameters, 5 given in Command line code on line 1

It is clearly stated when those parameters where added in the docs.
