In the section of manual on COM and .Net 
    http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.com.php
the following text can be found:

    "For further information on COM read the COM  
     specification  or perhaps take a look at Don 
     Box's Yet Another COM Library (YACL). You 
     might find some e.t.c"

The link to the YACL library is broken. The library can
no longer be found at 
	
    http://www.develop.com/essentialcom/sources/yacl.htm 

The library can now be found at: 

	http://www.sellsbrothers.com/links/dbox/yacl.zip

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
