Description:
------------
When downloading php-4.4.4.tar.gz from either of the Brazil mirror sites, the file cannot be opened by WinZip and is reported as corrupt.

Attempted to download using the Windows browser and Firefox with the same result.

The file size is also shown as being 5.32MB whereas the other mirrors, UK, US are are showing the size as 5.29MB

I have tried several attempts with the Brazil mirrors, eventually switching to the US mirror to download a working version.

Reproduce code:
---------------
http://www.php.net/get/php-4.4.4.tar.gz/from/a/mirror

I was able to reproduce this yesterday, but now when I was
going to do something about it both mirrors seems to work
fine...

I'll check what we can do about it

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP.net better.

Thanks to Andre Nathan at Digirati (br2.php.net
maintainer) we have finally figure this one out.

Silly mistake in mod_deflate configuration was causing the
file to get compressed twice.
