I used fgets/fread to read information from a pipe.
then,I wait and wait , and wait .

env: 
windows xp
php 5.2

	$handle = popen('cmd.exe 2>&1', 'r');
	do {
		$data = fgets($handle, 100);
		if (strlen($data) == 0) {
			break;
		}
		$contents .= $data;
	}while(true);

echo $contents;
