The news.rss on this website is broken.  The title of the lates news feed (Forum PHP in Paris, France, November 9 & 10th, 2006) needs htmlspecialchars() added to it since the ampersand is not converted.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
