Description:
------------
Not really a bug, just typo in compatibility/compatability word in php.ini-dist and php.ini-recomended correspondingly.
It`s in [Sybase] section, description of sybase.compatability_mode parameter.

Also, just diff these files and you`ll find missing comma in error_reporing description.

Reproduce code:
---------------
diff php.ini-dist php.ini-recommended|grep "; compat"

We can't fix that, since it might break existing installations.
