sorry, its encoding issue.

"UID (&#1074;&#1083;&#1072;&#1076;&#1077;&#1083;&#1077;&#1094;&#1072;)" should be replaced with "UID (&#1074;&#1083;&#1072;&#1076;&#1077;&#1083;&#1100;&#1094;&#1072;)"

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

it seems there's a bug in bug report system :)
I was trying to submit a russian text, but it was converted to html entities and htmlspecialchars() was applied to it...

Just use appropriate mailing list to report documentation related issues directly.
In this case the list is doc-ru@lists.php.net.

This page is in ISO-8859-1. Conversion of characters outside this character set to entities is done by a browser. They must be encoded by the bug report system because it cannot be distinguished if the entity was converted by a browser or input by purpose.

So the only bug of the bug report system is that it isn't in UTF-8 (or other complete character set encoding).
