ilia's fix of 

   /php-src/ext/standard/http_fopen_wrapper.c

(Fixed bug #37045 (Fixed check for special chars for http redirects).)

Seems to have introduced this problem; If I go to the previous version of that file, everything compiles fine

Reproduce code:

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
