Description:
------------
http://at.php.net/manual/de/install.windows.apache2.php

The german translation of a warning about production environments reads:
"Verwenden Sie Apache 2.0.x und PHP weder unter Unix noch Windows in einer Produktivumgebung. F?r weitere Informationen und Gr?nde lesen Sie bitte diesen FAQ Eintrag."
= "Do not use Apache 2.0.x and PHP in a production environment, neither in Unix nor in Windows. For further information and reasons please read this FAQ entry".

which is downright wrong!

"We do not recommend using a threaded MPM in production with Apache2. Use the prefork MPM instead, or use Apache1. For information on why, read the related FAQ entry on using Apache2 with a threaded MPM"

should be translated as
"Wir raten davon ab, ein threaded MPM in einem Produktivsystem mit Apache2 zu verwenden. Verwenden Sie stattdessen prefork MPM oder Apache1. F?r weitere Informationen lesen Sie bitte <a href=...">diesen FAQ Eintrag</a> ?ber Apache2 mit threaded MPM".

Expected result:
----------------
use a different translation.

AND: change the text in the page when adding notes to a doc:
"* If you are trying to report a bug, or request a new feature or language change you're in the wrong place."
ADD: "For documentation errors use the bug system, and classify the bug as "Documentation problem"."

BECAUSE: I hate being sent around in circles:
* I read the documentation and find a documentation error
* I find the "add a note" link
* I read the hints about when NOT to post a note, none of which suits my case
* later, some editor still deletes my note
* In the deletion message, I suddenly find ADDITIONAL info: "For documentation errors use the bug system, and classify the bug as "Documentation problem"."
Well, if you had told me in the first place, I would have.

grrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!

The whole installation chapter in the German translation is outdated. This issue will be fixed as soon as this is updated to reflect the latest version.
