Description:
------------
in php 5 when there are function errors it does not give a
correct link like if a mysql has to many connections it will
say something simalar to this: Warning: mysql_connect()
[function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in path/to/
database/connection/file on line #
and where it says [function.mysql-connect] it gives a link but
it does not point to the php.net function it justs adds
function.mysql-pconnect to the url e.g. if the domain was
http://www.example.com it would point to http://
www.example.com/function.mysql-connect and not http://
www.php.net/function.mysql-pconnect

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php mysql_connect(); ?>

Expected result:
----------------
it would give a mysql connection but if the server has to many
connections it would do what i said above

Actual result:
--------------
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many
connections in path/to/database/connection/file on line #

it happens with al; other functions to
