When compiling anything other than the CGI PHP module,
the compilers complains that it cannot find FlexSafe.h and
fails.  I cannot find this file anywhere.  Is it missing
in the distrubution?

Reproduce:
Open php3 workspace in MSVC 5.0
Set active project to Apache or php_sapi_nsapi etc
Build the project.

Not an issue.  They dont compile right now.  Work wont be continued until after 3.0 release.
