(My setting: Apache 1.3 for Windows XP, PHP 4.3.3)
Hi,
   when I call a second program in HTML with "href", it is impossible to "echo" something in PHP within the second program.
but anything outside PHP is fine (in the following example the "Title" is printed). However, the second work fine by itself (Title and echo). This simplified code doesn't work.

First Program :
<HTML>
<HEAD></HEAD>
<BODY>
   <a href="SecondProgram.HTML">SecondProgram</a>
</BODY>
</HTML>

Second Program :
<HTML>
<HEAD></HEAD>
<BODY>
    <h1>Title</h1>
    <?php echo "Printing test"; ?>
</BODY>
</HTML>

This problem arises for whatever I try to "echo" in the second program (ex. grobal variables);
