The bg2.php.net mirror (hosted by Data.bg) is allmost inacessible for the customers of the Bulgarian Telecomunications Company (like me).

The data.bg have recently started limiting the access to their websites for customers of the above ISP (like me) as a measure of the trade embargo.

Thus the PHP web site is very slow (not working in times) for those customers. 

Please remove this mirror from the mirroring system.

Unfortunately you should be logged in through my ISP to experience that. I can provide a proxy service on demand.

Seems not to be limited to any ISP, ridiculously slow for 
me too.

This is fast for me, so at least the non-isp problem appears solved.
