When fetching a row from a query using the function mssql_fetch_array, all fields that are empty in db, i.e. with a value of '' (NOT NULL), are returned as one blank (' ').

This is still a bug in the ntwdblib.dll library used to build the PHP extension.

Please search the bug database before submitting issues that have already been reported and commented on.
