Description:
------------
The bundled libsqlite is version 2.8.14, outdated (actual version is 2.8.16) and buggy. You can't run Senedipity (s9y) using it, it crashes inside the libsqlite running a complex nested select statement. Replacing the libsqlite with the actual version fixes this problem. So please update the library source.

Ilia, fix!

And for some reason there's this too:
sqlite.w32.h:#define SQLITE_VERSION "2.8.11"

Under *nix it's 2.8.14 but in windows same sources are 2.8.11? :)
