The statistics on http://bugs.php.net/bugstats.php do not calculate correctly. 

Reproduce code:
---------------
For example, currently shows 4 Critical but clicking link shows only 1. As a result, other counts down the column are wrong (other rows on the critical column show 1 but there are actually no bugs).

Expected result:
----------------
Correct count

Actual result:
--------------
Inorrect count

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
