configure --with-apxs --with-mysql --with-imap --with-mcrypt

tried with:
- apache version 1.3.9,1.3.11
- imap 4.6
- mysql 3.22.27-1
- mcrypt 2.2.4,2.2.5,2.2.6 (earlier versions refuse to work at all)

Works with apache 1.3.6 on Redhat 6.0 (installed from redhat's RPMs).
Works fine with 1.3.9 on Redhat 6.1 (also from redhat's RPMs) if compiled without mcrypt. apache claims that it started alright, but turns out that it is not running (e.g. ps -A doesn't show it).
