I've just installed php3 on my machine under winnt and win95, and I followed all documentation on how to install on win95/ winnt with PWS, but when I did that it didn't work. The problem was that I needed to reboot first, then it worked perfectly (for what I can see not an expert). It would have saved me some time if the documentation sayd "reboot now" or something.
