After installing Jserv the PHP4 http session files session_start() are being written with no information in it. Disabling Jserv causes a return to normal session file writing by PHP.

Enviornment -

Apache 1.3.9
Solaris 2.7
PHP4b3 (apxs, mysql, trackvars)
Jserv 1.1

Have you tried a recent release of PHP? If so, does the error still occur?
