Hi,

There a problem with the character encoding on certain mirrors, you use UTF-8, so there's a lot of screening problems  (in french language f.e.).

Can you correct this please ?

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
