I suggest that in addition to the links to time() and date() in the 'See Also' section of the mktime documentation, a link to gmmktime() be added due to the two functions being very related.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
