Hi,

when you use a html tag body with background option the script is executed twice.

It happen in apache-module (not console or cgi version, this not happen when using this) 

I tried diferents versions of apache 1.3 and some versions of php (4.3.4 and 4.3.5) before going to the lastests versions and the error happend in all.

Expected result:
----------------
I expected only one line in file /tmp/matar 

Actual result:
--------------
two lines in file /tmp/matar
