Description:
------------
Attempted upgrade from 5.0.2 (runs stable) to 5.0.3. shutdown IIS6, copied OLD PHP directory, extracted 5.0.3 files and overwrote 5.0.2 files. Restart of IIS failed.
manually removed ISAPI and app mappings from enabled sites, and restarted fine. Added new app mappings and ISAPI that pointed to 5.0.3. W3SVC would not shutdown, and only after manually killing it would restart.
After several attempts of adding/removing I reverted back to the 5.0.2 release which worked on the first restart.

Sorry, but your problem does not imply a bug in PHP itself. For a
list of more appropriate places to ask for help using PHP, please
visit http://www.php.net/support.php as this bug system is not the
appropriate forum for asking support questions.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.

Perhaps old .dlls... it works fine for me.
