Description:
------------
Login with another user than root (e.g postgres).

According to PHP info the HOME environment variable is pointing to /root.
Echo in bash gives the correct HOME directory (/home/postgres).

In relation, all the directories using HOME are wrong (e.g : TMP = /root/tmp; TMPDIR = /root/tmp).

USER in phpinfo is correct (postgres), but USERNAME is root.

Php.ini seems correct.
