This says the homepage for the code is naturalordersort.org, but that refers to a different implementation of the same algorith.  The naturalordersort.org one has nothing to do with PHP.

The correct URL is http://sourcefrog.net/projects/natsort/

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

It's fixed in CVS as the manual has not been built since the 14th.  Here's the diff:
