3.0.11 Win32 missing function preg_match().  Heard it works in 3.0.12 (is this only available in Linux?)

Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function preg_match() in xxx line xxx.

preg_match() is not available in 3.0.11.
3.0.12 win32 binaries can be found at:
http://www.php.net/download-php.php3
