Crash when starting Apache web server 1.3.29 with PHP 4.3.4 or 4.3.5 if Zend Optimizer 2.5.1 is installed.
If PHP is running in CGI mode, Apache starts , but crashes as soon as any scritpt is called.

All installations - Apache, PHP and Zend Optimizer are standart Windows installation packages downloaded from official sites.
Installed on clean Windows 2000 system with latest SP.
No modifications of configuration is made.
Reporoducible on diffrent Windows systems.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
