be cleared, please? It contains nothing of relevance to PHP coders that I can see, and contains *perl* code, which is confusing.

I doubt the 'classic bogus forgeries' still apply (even if they were of general relevance to PHP developers) given the constant changes of spamming techniques.

The comment that the "chinese ... are notorious for BOGUS addresses" strikes me as rather offensive as well.
